eROI Event

very few months at eROI, all the managers keep a day free on their schedule to hold one-on-one meetings with employees and other managers. These meetings allow employees to ask any questions they have, frustrations, learn something new, express interests and wants, and talk about generally anything they want in a non-judgmental open forum. Before we had just put up a calendar for the day and allowed people to sign up on the manager’s respective door. This became a scheduling nightmare, having to check your calendar, then the managers and what slots are left, etc.

So since the launch of eROI Event, all the managers are using the free version to manage the schedules of their meetings and send confirmation emails, like this:
